April 1 2016 began teaching yoga. 

Favorite yoga pose?  

Chair. Twisted Chair. King Chair. I like Chair. ;-)

Favorite song to work out to? 

Just one? I love pop music. I like to incorporate small pulses into yoga workouts. So anything with a medium to fast beat is motivating. Kelly Clarkson. Camila Cabello, Fifth Harmony, Pitbull.  

One fun fact? 

Many wonderful things have happened to me on April 1. I taught my first yoga class (2016). I retired from working as a chemical engineer  (2014) and I moved into a new home (2018).
