Chelsea was first introduced to yoga at age 13, when a magazine article featured Sun Salutation A as a simple morning exercise to promote physical and mental wellness. Wellness, and the access to it, became a fundamental aspect to her life's mission. After practicing yoga throughout college and working at a yoga studio, Chelsea completed her 200HR RYT training in July of 2017. Since then, Chelsea has strived to bring intuitive, inclusive and compassionate yoga not only in her own life but in her students lives as well. Her personal practice is mindful and inquistive, and she intends to bring the joys and challenges that come with this mindfulness, into every class she teaches.
