FLŌW is a 60 minute infrared warmed Vinyasa Yoga class. Filled with intention-infused movement, artful transitions, curated playlists, and abundant breath work leading you into a flow-like state.

HOT FLŌW
Push the edge of your vinyasa practice with intention-infused movement, artful transitions, curated playlists, and abundant breath work leading you into a flow-like state. Instructors will build sequences to guide you into a peak pose. Leave feeling energized, powerful, and refreshed. Infrared heated from 92-95 degrees.

Intermediate - All levels welcome.

FLÔW TO YIN
Often referred to as Yin Yang seamlessly blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to rid the body of excess energy before easing into passive postures to reset the mind. Infrared heated.

YIN

Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues, fascia and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spin. Join us for a candlelit evening with blankets, bolsters, and various props to assist the body in entering deep postures that will be held for 3-5 minutes. Increase circulation, release tight and sore muscles, all while allowing space for a full physical and mental release.

Ō-SWEAT
A powerful combination of mat pilates, sculpt elements, vinyasa yoga, and heartfelt meditation. Lengthen, tone, and center to some high vibe music in our infrared heated studio.

PILATES FIT
Contemporary mat pilates class using the various props such as balls, bands, and light weights to tone and tighten the body with low impact strength work.

HŌT PILATES
A contemporary pilates class. This full body work out combines pilates-inspired techniques and strength training to build control, core strength, balance, and endurance. This class is led with energizing music to leave feeling empowered and invigorated.

HŌT SCULPT
A unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with hand weights and various props. This high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted. Heated between 92-95 degrees.
