Flow-State vibes & intermediate intensity. 

Push the edge of your vinyasa practice with intention-infused movement, artful transitions, and abundant breath work leading you into a peak pose or transition. Leave feeling energized, balanced, and renewed. 

Studio setting: Candlelit, low light, infrared warmed from 84-88 degrees, with physically and emotionally powerful music to move to.

All levels welcome. This is an intermediate yoga practice. 

HOT FLŌW classes practice at 95 degrees at our Eastern Wharf studio.

YIN

Chill vibes, low intensity. This candlelit Yin class works deep into the body by finding the edge in a static posture for 3-5 minutes . This class incorporates bolsters and traditional yogic props to deeply work into the connective tissues, fascia and joints.

Studio setting: Candlelit, low lights, light infrared heating to 80 degrees, with relaxing music that calms the system and allows for release. 

All levels welcome. This is a great class to recenter mentally and physically, and for anyone needing rehabilitative movement or with Pre/Post Natal needs.

slow flow

Slowed-down yoga vibes, intermediate to low intensity. Whether you’re new to yoga, or looking for a deeper understanding of the basics, this is the perfect class to begin with. Moving at a slower pace allows more focus on alignment, with hands-on assists, and longer-held postures that help you feel how the body expands and contracts with breath.  

Studio setting: Candlelit, low lights, infrared warmed from 84-88 degrees, with emotionally powerful music to move to.

All levels welcome. This is a beginner to intermediate class, and Pre/Post Natal friendly.

Hot Sculpt

Yoga flow vibes, with hand weights. Our signature breath-to-movement Vinyasa flow uses hand weights, resistance bands, cardio, core work, and the occasional bridge series for an elevated, best-of-both worlds full body workout. 

Studio setting: Dim lights, infrared heated from 92-95 degrees, with physically and emotionally powerful music that will move you.

All levels welcome. This is an intermediate yoga class.

Pilates

Pilates Classic

High vibe, low intensity: A classical pilates class with controlled movement and breath to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect a structured flow of low impact exercises with a focus on core muscles to drive a mindful full body workout with upbeat music to move to.

Studio setting: Well lit, unheated, and lots of time on the mat sometimes layered with Bala props. 

All levels welcome. This is a great class for anyone new to pilates, Pre/Post Natal movers, or class-goers wanting lower intensity movement.

Pilates Fit

High vibe, and higher intensity: A contemporary approach to pilates where classical technique meets large range movement and dynamic resistance training. A thorough full body workout with Bala balls, resistance bands, sliders, and hand weights set to a big-energy soundtrack.

Studio setting: Low lights, infrared heated to 88 degrees, with movement on and off the mat. 

All levels welcome. This is an intermediate pilates class.

Hot Pilates Fit practices in a 95 degree infrared heated room at our Eastern Wharf location.

HOT PIlates HIIT

Highest vibe, and highest intensity. Big-energy pilates with beat-based movement and cardio intervals to elevate heart rate. It’s hot, hardcore, and a really fun way to move using Bala props throughout class to continuously build heat. 

Studio setting: Candlelit vibes, infrared heated to 95 degrees, with intense movement on and off the mat.

All levels welcome, but most enjoyed by intermediate and advanced class-goers.

The Ō Class

All the vibes, intermediate intensity. Our signature class combines the best of mat pilates, sculpt, barre, Vinyasa yoga, and heartfelt meditation for creative sequencing that will keep you in your body, breath and heart throughout class. (formerly known as ō-sweat)

Studio setting: Low lights, infrared heated to 84-88 degrees, with physically and emotionally powerful music that will move you.

All levels welcome. This is an intermediate class.
